Rodney V. Nutt, Esq., Managing Director

Mr. Nutt has over 10 years experience in corporate finance, corporate law, capital markets and due diligence services. He has been affiliated with New York and Philadelphia-based due diligence, investment banking, private equity and securities firms. His due diligence experience includes numerous management background investigations, customer evaluations, business market analyses, and investment memorandum evaluations.

E. Terry Jaramillo, Director

Mr. Jaramillo has over 27 years experience in corporate finance transactions and due diligence assignments ranging from tax-oriented leveraged leases to wastewater treatment project finance transactions in Western Europe. He served in senior managerial and credit capacities in large national and international banks. His due diligence expertise focuses on transaction due diligence and valuations, including industrial companies, start-up corporations, domestic and foreign banks, and foreign corporations.

Other DDR team members include associates and analysts with accounting due diligence experience and technical due diligence experience. All of DDR's professionals have experience with financial transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and private equity investments. DDR also maintains relationships with CPA firms that can provide attestation services.
